Enhance Your Existing Youth Ministry
Keep your current Bible studies, ministry leadership, and youth programs. Formationly Live adds an interactive, Scripture-centered experience that complements what you already provide.
Add a powerful new dimension to your existing youth ministry without replacing the Bible studies and discipleship tools you already use. Formationly Live is a centrally delivered, interactive biblical formation experience featuring cinematic stories, Teen Pulse, and Scripture-centered teaching led by Formationly's founder or designated staff.
Your church doesn't need to prepare Formationly lessons, teach the session, or operate the Conductor's Leader Console. Your ministry continues building relationships and supporting teenagers in their spiritual growth.
Formationly Live complements the Bible studies, small groups, and youth ministry resources your church already uses. Rather than asking your team to teach another curriculum, Formationly's founder or designated teaching staff delivers the guided biblical formation experience. Your teenagers participate alongside their existing church community.
Keep your current Bible studies, ministry leadership, and youth programs. Formationly Live adds an interactive, Scripture-centered experience that complements what you already provide.
Formationly's founder or designated Formationly teaching staff leads the live biblical formation session. The authorized Conductor manages the presentation, approved teaching, Teen Pulse moments, and session flow.
Teenagers engage with relatable Formationly World stories, consider real-life decisions, and use Teen Pulse on their phones to contribute their perspectives without being required to speak publicly.
Guided biblical formation delivered by authorized Formationly teaching staff.
Awareness, Interruption, Identity, and Action, taught through connected weekly experiences.
Interactive participation with privacy-protective group-result safeguards and Conductor oversight.
A resource that strengthens existing youth Bible study and discipleship rather than replacing church-led ministry.
The annual church partnership provides access to Formationly's centrally delivered Live program, subject to the applicable enrollment and licensing terms. It is not a license for churches to independently teach or reproduce Formationly sessions.
Churches with limited budgets may explore a separate merchandise-supported funding arrangement. Any such participation is governed by additional terms addressing revenue, costs, shortfalls, refunds, and other financial responsibilities.
Every church begins with a conversation. Church leaders meet with Formationly in person or over Zoom to learn how the partnership works, choose the best funding path, and review the Church Store opportunity if desired. No church is turned away simply because it cannot pay the full annual fee upfront.
Example: Your church begins its annual partnership in January and fully funds the $500 fee by the end of March.
Meet with Formationly leadership in person or over Zoom to review program responsibilities, funding options, and revenue-sharing terms. No proof of financial capacity is required to request a meeting.
Pay the annual fee in full, use the Church Store fundraising pathway, or combine a direct contribution with store funding. Review and accept the applicable written partnership agreement.
Following approval and enrollment activation, your teens can begin participating without waiting for the Church Store to raise $500. Formationly delivers the Live teaching.
Qualifying store proceeds help fund the annual fee under the agreed allocation model. Once the fee is satisfied, your church qualifies for the higher share for the remainder of its partnership year.
Churches unable to pay upfront may participate through the Church Store pathway, subject to the partnership agreement and program requirements. Once activated, a church retains access throughout its approved annual term even if fundraising falls short. There is no unexpected bill for that year's funding gap. Renewal requires a new annual funding arrangement.
Every church meets with Formationly leadership in person or over Zoom before receiving the specific revenue-sharing percentages. The meeting is about building relationships and explaining the partnership, not requiring a church to prove it can pay. Financial terms are confirmed in the written agreement.
We believe a church's budget should never be the barrier that keeps teenagers from biblical formation. Our Church Store Partnership combines Formationly apparel, church-branded merchandise, and a shared-benefit model that helps support the annual Formationly Live partnership.
Churches unable to pay the $500 annual partnership upfront can join through the Church Store pathway without an upfront license payment. Following the partnership consultation, acceptance of the applicable agreement, and enrollment activation, Formationly delivers Live teaching while the Church Store creates opportunities to fund the annual fee.
Formationly merchandise and participating church-branded apparel generate store revenue.
Each month, the agreed production, fulfillment, payment processing, refunds, and other approved overhead are accounted for.
Qualifying net proceeds are allocated under the agreed revenue-sharing formula, including amounts designated toward the $500 annual fee.
For example, if your church fully funds its $500 annual fee by the end of March, the higher revenue-sharing percentage applies to qualifying proceeds for the remaining months of that partnership year.
Pay the full $500 upfront? Your church qualifies for the higher share from the beginning of its partnership term.
Pay the annual fee directly and qualify immediately for the higher Church Store revenue share when participating in the store program.
Begin your approved partnership without paying the annual license fee upfront. The Church Store's designated qualifying proceeds work toward the $500 funding goal. Once funded, the higher share begins.
For example, contribute $200 directly and apply designated Church Store proceeds toward the remaining $300. Reach the full $500 target to qualify for the higher share.
Once your church is approved and activated, it retains Formationly Live access for its full annual partnership term. If merchandise proceeds do not satisfy the annual fee, Formationly will not terminate access because of that shortfall or send an unexpected bill for the difference.
Church representatives meet with Formationly leadership in person or through Zoom. During that conversation, we explain the Church Store operating model, the revenue-sharing percentages before and after the fee is funded, and the annual renewal process.
Formationly delivers the Live teaching, your church supports its teenagers, and the Church Store provides an opportunity to share in the value created by coordinated merchandise sales.
Review Partnership & Consultation Steps →We want every church to understand Formationly Live, the Church Store opportunity, and its annual partnership before making a commitment. Explore these common questions, then meet with Formationly leadership to discuss your church's needs.
Formationly does. Every Formationly Live session is taught and conducted by Formationly's founder or designated Formationly teaching staff. Our authorized Conductor operates the Leader Console, presentation, and Teen Pulse.
Your church does not need to teach Formationly lessons, operate the teaching platform, or prepare a separate curriculum.
No. Formationly Live complements your church's existing Bible studies, small groups, youth activities, mentoring, and discipleship.
Your church continues leading its own ministry while Formationly provides an additional, centrally delivered experience.
Teenagers can join Formationly-led Live sessions with their church group or from home. Sessions combine cinematic stories, Scripture-centered teaching, and interactive Teen Pulse moments.
Teen Pulse does not require an individual account or email address. Zoom cameras are optional, microphones remain muted, and public chat is disabled for the guided experience. Group results are used only when participation safeguards permit.
Formationly Live has a $500 annual church partnership fee. Churches can pay it upfront, use the approved Church Store fundraising pathway, or combine a direct contribution with qualifying store proceeds.
The partnership provides access to Formationly-delivered sessions, not permission to independently teach or reproduce Formationly Live.
Financial hardship alone will not turn your church away. The Church Store pathway was designed to let participating churches enroll without an upfront license payment.
You'll meet with Formationly, review the program, and complete the applicable agreement. Once enrollment is approved and activated, your teens can begin participating without waiting for merchandise proceeds to reach the annual funding target.
The store features Formationly apparel alongside participating church-branded merchandise. Each month, agreed operating costs are accounted for first, including production, fulfillment, transaction fees, refunds, and approved overhead.
Qualifying net proceeds are then allocated under the agreed revenue-sharing model, including the designated portion applied toward the church's $500 annual partnership fee.
If your church pays the full $500 fee upfront and participates in the Church Store, it qualifies for the higher church revenue share from the beginning of its annual partnership.
If your church uses store fundraising or a combination, the higher share begins once the entire annual fee has been satisfied under the agreement. It continues for the remainder of that partnership year.
We want to build a genuine relationship with every participating church. Specific revenue-sharing percentages are discussed during a required meeting with Formationly leadership, either in person or over Zoom.
The discussion covers the store's operating expenses, financial allocations, funding thresholds, and each party's obligations. Final terms are documented in the written agreement. You do not need to prove your ability to pay to request a consultation.
Your teenagers keep their access for the full approved annual partnership term. Formationly will not interrupt that year's Live access simply because the store didn't meet its fundraising target.
Your church will not receive an unexpected bill for the remaining funding gap from that partnership year. Renewal is addressed separately before the next annual term.
Each new partnership year begins a new annual $500 funding cycle. Your church can pay in full, contribute an agreed amount and fund the remainder through its Church Store, or enter another approved funding arrangement.
The increased revenue-sharing percentage for the new term applies once that term's annual fee is satisfied. New renewal terms are agreed upon before participation in the following year. Any treatment of surplus proceeds is governed by the written agreement.
Fundraising progress should never become a deadline that threatens teenagers' participation. An approved church's annual access remains in place even when store proceeds fall short. Our goal is to build lasting partnerships, not simply complete transactions.
Meet with Formationly leadership in person or over Zoom to explore the program, discuss your church's funding options, and review the private Church Store revenue-sharing terms. Financial qualification is not required to request a meeting.
You already have a ministry, leaders who care, and teenagers worth investing in. Formationly Live complements that existing foundation with engaging cinematic stories, interactive Teen Pulse moments, and Scripture-centered teaching delivered by Formationly's founder or designated teaching staff. Your church supports its teenagers. Formationly conducts the Live experience.
We conduct the guided 60-minute Live sessions and manage Teen Pulse.
Pay upfront, fund through your Church Store, or combine both approaches.
Fundraising shortfalls do not interrupt an approved church's current annual term.
Meet directly with Formationly leadership in person or over Zoom. We'll explain how Formationly Live works, answer your questions, and help you understand the three annual funding options. Churches interested in the Church Store program will also review the private revenue-sharing structure and the annual renewal process.
No financial qualification required. Your church will never be required to prove it can afford the partnership simply to request a meeting.
We believe ministry partnerships are built on trust, shared purpose, and keeping our commitments. No church is excluded solely because it cannot pay the annual partnership fee upfront. Once an approved church's partnership is activated, a Church Store fundraising shortfall will not interrupt its teenagers' participation during that annual term.
