Big Ideas. Bigger Decisions.
Jayden has ideas, ambition, and something he wants to build. His Bully Worxs journey explores creativity, entrepreneurship, influence, and what happens when a dream becomes more than a conversation.
Meet Jayden, Mia, Eli, Layla, and Mr. Avery. Their stories bring everyday experiences to life, from friendship and belonging to creativity, ambition, identity, and the pressure to fit in. In Formationly Universe, the stories don't simply end when a scene is over. They open the door to meaningful conversations about life, choices, and faith.
Formationly Universe connects relatable teen storytelling with Scripture-centered formation, helping young people consider who and what is shaping their everyday decisions.
The people you follow. The friendships you keep. The things you create. The choices you make when nobody's watching.
The stories become interactive, Scripture-centered experiences guided by Formationly teaching staff, with Teen Pulse giving teenagers opportunities to reflect.
Explore character journeys, creative pursuits, ongoing stories, and fresh perspectives beyond the Live session.
Selected character stories inspire real apparel and creative merchandise that extend the Formationly experience into everyday life.
Five people. Different personalities. Real-life challenges, creative pursuits, friendships, and questions about identity. In Formationly Universe, their stories connect to the choices teenagers face every day.
Some are figuring out who they are. Others are discovering what they can create. And sometimes, an unexpected conversation changes how they see themselves.

A conversation in the hallway. A message in the group chat. A moment when everybody seems to be doing the same thing. Formationly Universe explores the everyday situations that challenge teenagers to decide what they believe, who they trust, and what influences their choices.
Friends can make an ordinary moment feel like a decision you have to make immediately. In Everybody's Going, the pressure to belong becomes an opportunity to consider the influence of friendships and the importance of making thoughtful decisions.
What happens when the group chat, the feed, or your friends expect you to follow along?
Who are you becoming when approval, trends, and popularity compete for your attention?
How do you recognize the difference between healthy connection and pressure disguised as attention?
As your ideas grow and opportunities appear, what values guide the decisions you make?
Formationly uses relatable fictional stories to open Scripture-centered conversations. During Formationly Live, our teaching team guides teenagers through reflection, Teen Pulse participation, and practical decisions they can carry into real life.
Formationly Universe brings recognizable situations to life through characters and storytelling. Formationly Live carries those conversations further, helping teenagers examine their influences, consider Scripture, and think about the choices they make beyond the screen.
A cinematic scene introduces a situation teenagers recognize.
Formationly teaching connects the situation to biblical truth.
Teenagers consider questions and respond on their devices.
Reflection moves toward real-life decisions and action.
Every Formationly Live session is led by the Formationly founder or designated Formationly teaching staff. Through story scenes, teaching, reflection, and interactive moments, teenagers explore how biblical principles connect to everyday life.
Churches support their teens; Formationly leads the experience. The program supplements existing youth ministry and Bible studies rather than replacing them.
Teen Pulse is integrated into the Live teaching experience. Teens can respond to guided questions without creating an individual Teen Pulse account or providing an email address.

Group-level results are used only when participation and privacy safeguards permit. The authorized Formationly Conductor controls when results are shown and how preapproved teaching responses are incorporated.
The Formationly teaching framework develops across four weekly experiences. Each week is a separate, guided 60-minute session, not a 15-minute segment of a single lesson.
Recognizing the people, habits, messages, and influences shaping everyday choices.
Learning to pause, recognize a pattern, and create space for a different response.
Exploring who we are, what we believe, and how biblical truth informs our sense of identity.
Turning reflection into practical choices that carry beyond the Live experience.
The Formationly teaching team delivers the sessions, operates the Leader Console, and manages Teen Pulse. Church partners encourage and support their teenagers while continuing their own existing ministry programs and Bible studies.
The lessons may end, but the characters' experiences continue through new stories, creative projects, and the world of What You Flex.
